Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure the event date.
The event date is not reserved until the retainer is received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise stated.

If the balance is not paid by the due date, The Hanna Creations reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the retainer.

2. Event Setup

The Company will arrive at an agreed-upon time to install the balloon décor.

The Client agrees to ensure:

  • The setup area is clear and accessible

  • Adequate space is available

  • Setup location is indoors or weather-protected unless previously agreed

Delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of access may result in additional fees.

3. Design & Changes

The Client agrees to the design discussed during booking.

Minor variations may occur due to:

  • Balloon availability

  • Color batch variations

  • Weather conditions

Design changes requested within 72 hours of the event may not be accommodated and may incur additional charges.

4. Client-Supplied Materials

The Hanna Creations does not guarantee the quality or performance of client-supplied balloons or décor items.

The Company reserves the right to decline installation using materials that do not meet professional quality standards.

5. Rentals & Damage

Any rented items including but not limited to:

  • Backdrops

  • Balloon stands

  • Frames

  • Props

remain the property of The Hanna Creations.

The Client agrees to be responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items while in their possession.

Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the Client.

6. Outdoor Installations

Balloon installations placed outdoors are subject to weather conditions.

The Hanna Creations cannot guarantee balloon longevity outdoors due to:

  • Heat

  • Wind

  • Sun exposure

  • Rain

No refunds will be issued due to weather damage.

7. Cancellations

All retainers are non-refundable.

If the Client cancels within 7 days of the event, the full balance may still be due because materials and time have already been reserved.

8. Photo Release

The Hanna Creations reserves the right to photograph completed installations and use those photos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.

9. Liability

The Hanna Creations is not responsible for:

  • Injuries caused by balloons or décor after setup

  • Venue restrictions or delays

  • Damage caused by guests interacting with décor
